Session Rates
Individual Session (50 minutes): $130 Free 15-Minute Consultation: $0
The consultation call is genuinely free and low-pressure. It's designed for people who are still figuring out if this is the right fit, not for people who are already certain. You don't owe me anything on the other end of it.
The $130 session rate applies to all individual therapy sessions. Payment is collected at the time of service through Ivy Pay's payment system.
Payment Methods
Payment is due at the time of service and is processed securely through Ivy Pay. I accept:
All major credit and debit cards
HSA cards
FSA cards
I do not accept cash or checks. If you have questions about payment, reach out before your first session and we'll sort it out.

Insurance Information
I'm currently in-network with the following insurance plans:
If you plan to use insurance, I'd recommend calling the member services number on the back of your card before your first session to ask about your mental health benefits. Specifically, ask about your deductible, copay, and whether telehealth sessions are covered. That way there are no surprises.
A note for first responders, veterans, and military members: Private pay therapy with me does not require a mental health diagnosis and does not go through insurance records. If confidentiality or security clearance is a concern for you, private pay may be worth considering. Bring it up during the consultation and we'll talk through it.
If you have insurance I'm not currently in-network with, you may still be able to use out-of-network benefits. Contact your provider to ask about reimbursement options - I can provide a superbill (a detailed receipt) you can submit to your insurance company for partial reimbursement.

Current Availability and How Sessions Work
All sessions are conducted via telehealth throughout Colorado using SimplePractice, a secure, HIPAA-compliant platform. You'll receive a link before each session - no downloads required, no tech headaches.
Good Faith Estimate
You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical care will cost. Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the bill for medical items and services.
You Have The Right
You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of non-emergency services, including medical tests, prescription drugs, equipment, and hospital fees.
Get an Estimate
Request a written Good Faith Estimate from your health care provider at least 1 business day before your medical service or item. You can also ask any provider for a Good Faith Estimate before scheduling.
You Can Dispute
If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill.
Save a Copy
Save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate. For questions or more information, visit www.cms.gov/nosurprises or call 800-985-3059.
Whenever You're Ready, I'm Here
You don't have to be ready. You just have to be willing to take one small step. Fill out the form, send an email, or give me a call. Whatever feels manageable right now is enough.
